Does your free shipping apply to everything?

Yes it does. We offer fast & free shipping to all of our clients for all of our products, regardless of how much or how little you order. 

How can I check my order status?

You can check your real-time order status on our Track Your Order page. Be sure and enter your Order ID and Billing Email before clicking the “track” button. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

For your convenience, all major credit cards are accepted. We also allow you the option of securely saving your credit card info for future orders.

How long will delivery take?

We try to ship out right away so you can typically expect your CBD products to arrive within 2-3 days. They will arrive via USPS service.   

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data is secure in that we do not store any credit card data locally. This makes it impossible to expose your credit card details in the unlikely event of a security breach.   

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an email confirming your order, followed by another email confirming that your products have been shipped. You’ll also receive a tracking number.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will always receive an invoice for your CBD purchases. You can also login to your account to review and retrieve historical invoices.
